Ruby®, our little playful ambassador

Several of our French and Italian producers planted the “Story® Inored C.O.V” variety five years ago. In partnership with them, we first decided to position this apple on the Asian market, which is fond of colourful, sweet and very crunchy apples.

After two promising test seasons, we needed to create a universe around this unique apple that could represent it in Asia, but also in all our markets.

Ruby® takes its name from its bright red colour.

It reminds us of the apple from our childhood that we used to take out of our bag between two hide and-seek games, the apple that always accompanied us on our bike rides in the forest, or the one that our mother used to prepare for us when we went out to play sports with our friends.
